Milan, 30 Oct. (LaPresse) – The Ukrainian army has suspended its attacks on Russian oil refineries, according to people familiar with the operations, following weeks of pressure from President Trump that have shaken Kyiv’s confidence in US support. This is reported by *The Wall Street Journal*, which states that this unofficial pause – expected to last at least until the end of the US mid-term elections, if not until the end of November – began early last week, in the midst of a crisis in relations between the US and Ukraine. A few days earlier, Trump had called for the removal of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, whilst SpaceX, Elon Musk’s company, had restricted Ukraine’s access to the Starlink satellite internet service.
