Turin, 8 Nov. (LaPresse) – At the trilateral meeting between envoys from Kyiv, Washington and Moscow, scheduled for 10 and 11 November in Abu Dhabi, with the aim of reviving the negotiation process, France “will be present”. This was announced by the French Foreign Minister, Jean-Noël Barrot. “The Europeans will be adequately represented and France will be in Abu Dhabi to take part in these talks,” he told RTL. “I cannot yet say who will represent France on this occasion, but I can assure you that we will be there,” he added. “In recent weeks, the Europeans have made their voices heard and have made it clear to the US mediator that no discussion concerning the future of the continent can ignore our expectations and our demands,” the minister emphasised. “France will make the voice of Europe heard, as it is the party directly concerned,” said Barrot.
