Brussels, 23 January (LaPresse) – “We have serious doubts about a number of elements concerning the Board of Peace in relation to its scope, governance and compatibility with the United Nations Charter. We are ready to work together with the United States to implement the comprehensive peace plan for Gaza, with a Peace Board acting as a transitional administration in accordance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803.” This was stated by European Council President Antonio Costa at a press conference after the EU leaders’ summit.
