National future, Vannacci: ‘We are part of the centre-right, not a crutch for the left’

Milan, 19 February (LaPresse) – On the Ukraine decree, ‘we forced the government to call a vote of confidence, we exposed a weakness, but we were aware that our three votes would not undermine its stability. We voted in support of the government because we are part of the centre-right and we are not a crutch for the left, we do not work to bring down the government’. So said Roberto Vannacci, MEP and leader of Futuro Nazionale, on Radio Cusano Campus. “We voted no to Ukrainian rearmament with equal conviction: our position is different from that of a fake pacifist left that votes no to bring down the government and has no solutions. Our party is truly and purely right-wing. The search for people who can play decisive roles within the party is one of the most important challenges. I do not close the door on anyone, whether it be CasaPound or Askatasuna: I am interested in ideas, not who brings them. Even in Brussels, I voted in favour of proposals from the far left,” added Vannacci.
