Kuwaiti Army hit by missile and drone attack

Dubai (United Arab Emirates), 28 May (LaPresse/AP) – Kuwait has stated that it was the target of a missile and drone attack during the night between Wednesday and Thursday, whilst the fragile ceasefire between the US and Iran has once again been put under severe strain after Washington carried out strikes against Iran and Tehran claimed to have responded with an attack of its own. The announcement was made by the Kuwaiti armed forces, without providing further details on which target had been struck. Kuwait has repeatedly been the target of attacks by Iran and Iranian-backed Shia militias in Iraq during the war. No one immediately claimed responsibility for this latest attack.
