London, June 14 (LaPresse) – “In the early hours of this morning, I ordered our Armed Forces to intercept a shadow fleet tanker attempting to cross the English Channel.” This was announced in a message on X by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. “This successful operation delivers another blow to Russia and reminds those fuelling Putin’s war in Ukraine that we will not allow them to hide,” Starmer also stated. “I want to thank everyone involved, including our Armed Forces and law enforcement officers who keep this country safe 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,” the British Prime Minister added.
