Pensions: women’s pensions are 45 per cent lower

Rome, 23 June (LaPresse) – “The average amounts of current and paid-out social security pensions show a significant difference between the two genders; in the case of old-age pensions, women receive 45 per cent less.” This is according to the INPS’s ‘2025 Social Report’, presented today in Rome by the institute’s Steering and Supervisory Board.
