Madrid (Spain), June 24 (LaPresse) – “For the sake of the decency that this House represents, we should remove this government through a vote of no confidence. If it were up to me, we would do it today. And in doing so, we would give a voice to the people in elections that Sánchez refuses to call.” This was stated by Alberto Núñez Feijóo, leader of the People’s Party, during a speech in the Congress of Deputies. Feijóo thus increased pressure on the parties allied with Pedro Sánchez’s government: “They were once partners, now they are accomplices, and if they continue like this, they will end up becoming collateral victims.” He added that “those who prefer a corrupt and dishonest government to an honest one that keeps its word are responsible for the continuation of this situation.”
