Caracas, Jun. 27 (LaPresse) – A new 4.9 magnitude earthquake has struck Venezuela in recent hours, following the devastating tremors that occurred in the afternoon of Wednesday, June 24 (the night of Thursday, June 25 in Italy). The Venezuelan government said, through Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello, that it is ready to restrict access to the state of La Guaira, one of the areas most affected by the deadly shocks of recent days. Interim President Delcy Rodriguez had previously urged people not to travel to the area north of Caracas.
