Rome, 7 July (LaPresse) – “By Order No. 122, published today, the Constitutional Court has declared admissible the conflict between state powers raised by the Chamber of Deputies against the Panel for Ministerial Offences and the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Rome, concerning the failure to request authorisation from the Chamber of Deputies to proceed with the case against Dr Giusi Bartolozzi, Chief of Staff to the Minister of Justice.” This is stated in a note from the Constitutional Court. The appeal will be heard, both on procedural grounds and on the merits, at a forthcoming public hearing.
