Milan, 7 July (LaPresse) – There were tense moments on a Ryanair flight from Brindisi to Orio al Serio yesterday, Sunday 6 July 2026, involving Francesco Renga, who was reportedly removed from the flight following an altercation with the cabin crew. According to reports in *Quotidiano Nazionale*, which cites “accounts from several passengers”, the singer was reportedly removed from the flight shortly before take-off. Tensions are said to have arisen as early as the boarding gate over a suitcase “deemed too bulky for the cabin”. After paying the difference and taking some photos with a few passengers, Renga is said to have started complaining about the delay once on board, also arguing with some passengers and insulting a flight attendant who intervened. At that point, with the aeroplane already taxiing, Renga and his companion were reportedly removed from the flight.
