Milan, Aug. 22 (LaPresse) – Flavio Cobolli’s run at the Cincinnati Masters 1000 ended in the semifinals. The 24-year-old from Rome, the No. 7 seed, was defeated by 22-year-old Frenchman Arthur Fils. The Frenchman won 6-3, 6-4 in one hour and eight minutes. It was Cobolli’s first career semifinal at a Masters 1000. With this victory, Fils has now won all three of his matches against the Italian.
