Milan, Aug. 26 (LaPresse) – During a security meeting on the situation at the front and defensive operations on key fronts, “the main focus was on the actual situation at the front, what is needed to increase the effectiveness of the soldiers and the situation in Zaporizhzhia. I have ordered the defenses of the city and the region to be strengthened, as well as those sectors on which other cities and communities also depend.” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a post on X. “We are also strengthening the effectiveness of the defense of the Donetsk region,” he added, “two groupings will be established, commanded by Andriy Biletsky and Denys Prokopenko.”
