Washington (US), 30 Oct. (LaPresse) – A federal appeals court has once again rejected the Trump administration’s attempt to force California’s electoral officials to exclude more than 20,000 ballot papers received by post, ruling that the request was unconstitutional. The administration claimed that the ballot papers belonged to people who had voted without being US citizens. As a last resort, the administration could now turn to the Supreme Court to seek a ruling.
