According to reports, the State General Accounting Office had, even before last week’s Cabinet meeting, requested clarification on the timing of the alignment between the allocation of funds and their utilisation, as is always the case. However – as government sources emphasise – specific formalities must be completed by ARERA before the funds can be made available.
