Migrants, FdI: "A crazy decision by the Court of Cassation that offends Italians"

Rome, March 7 (LaPresse) – "For certain judges, entering Italy illegally is allowed. If you prevent it, you must compensate the migrants. These are crazy decisions that offend all citizens." This is what the party of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Fratelli d’Italia, wrote on social media in reference to the Cassation's decision on the compensation requested by the government for the migrants held on the Diciotti ship. Along with the post, a card was attached reading: "The judiciary has decided: Italians must compensate the migrants who were prevented from disembarking."
