Rome, 7 August (LaPresse) – The regional leadership of the PD in Tuscany has named the outgoing president of the region, Eugenio Giani, as the centre-left candidate in the upcoming regional elections. This was announced at the end of a meeting attended by Giani himself. The decision was greeted with applause from the members.
