Rome, Mar. 9 (LaPresse) – “Our Italian military personnel in Kuwait are safe.” This was stated by Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani during a press briefing at the Farnesina. “We are proceeding with the reduction of personnel in Beirut and Baghdad due to the complicated military situation, and we hope that, even though it is difficult, diplomacy will ultimately prevail,” he added. “We have no interest in the expansion of the war, we are not at war with anyone nor do we intend to go to war with anyone,” he concluded.
