Gaza, Tajani speaks to Rubio: ‘Let’s work together for rapid implementation of peace’

Let’s work together for rapid implementation of President Trump’s Peace Plan, which also provides for the prompt return home of the hostages. I congratulated him on the effectiveness of the American action, a great political and diplomatic success.‘ So said Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani on X. ’Italy will continue its humanitarian commitment to assist the Palestinian people and will work to ensure Israel’s security. The Italian government will be fully committed alongside the United States and other European and regional partners to help create the right conditions for stability. We are ready to participate with our military in a peace and security mission and with our companies in rebuilding Gaza, starting with schools and hospitals,” added the head of the Foreign Ministry.
