Almasri case, Calenda: ‘No-confidence motions strengthen government’

Milan, 27 Mar. (LaPresse) – ‘It's been thirty years since the opposition passed a motion of no confidence, so the result of this brilliant operation was that Parliament reaffirmed its confidence in Nordio. We can't go on with a motion of no confidence every month, now it will be Minister Calderone's turn, all with the same outcome’. This was stated by the leader of Azione, Carlo Calenda, in an interview with ‘Corriere della Sera’ regarding the motion of no confidence in Minister Nordio in relation to the ‘Almasri case’, rejected yesterday in the Chamber.
