Milan, 16 June (LaPresse) – The Court of Milan has acquitted all eight builders, architects, managers and officials of the Municipality of Milan of charges of building violations and illegal land subdivision relating to the ‘Torre Milano’ skyscraper in Via Stresa, on the grounds that the acts did not constitute a criminal offence.
