Frankfurt (Germany), 30 June (LaPresse) – “ It was clear to us that NATO and some member states of this organisation actively participated in the planning, implementation and support of the aggressive actions of the United States and the Zionist regime.” This was stated by the spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Esmaeil Baghaei, in response to a question regarding the statements made by NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte concerning US flights departing from bases in various countries, including Italy. “The NATO Secretary-General’s remarks have two aspects: the first is a clear admission of complicity in the crime of aggression against Iran. Everyone knows that the actions of the United States and this regime were illegal, aggressive and constituted an illegal war, according to all international regulations and standards. Secondly, this admission can be used as evidence in any court,” Baghaei added.
