Centre-left, Conte: “We need to sit down and discuss the programme now; as for the leader, we’ll see”

Rome, 15 Oct. (LaPresse) – When will we draw up the centre-left programme? “We are ready, so we really hope we can sit down together, because it is now absolutely essential to set out a vision for the country.” So said M5S leader Giuseppe Conte, interviewed at the conference ‘Together for the future of Rome and Lazio – One year on’, organised by the economic and social observatory Riparte l’Italia. “We need measures to promote growth and fairness,” he added. And when asked who will lead the coalition, he replied: “We’ll see.”
